“Unity is strength. . . when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.”
Louisa May Alcott
Helping institutions build strategy, capacity, and community
For over 10 years, I have supported research organisations to build inclusive, mission-aligned programmes.
I have consulted and trained hundreds of professionals internationally on how to manage large-scale collaborations, engage diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate impact.
I also helped launch the City University of New York’s Advanced Science Research Center, a $350M research institute, where I oversaw strategic initiatives promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and public engagement.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from UC Berkeley. My scholarly interests include organizational theory, social learning theory, the science of team science, gender and women’s studies, the comparative welfare state, and mental health.
Some of my hobbies include running, playing soccer, cooking exciting vegetarian meals, discovering new music, and spending time outdoors with my partner and dog.
